As you remember Donald Trump gave TikTok until September 15th to find an American company to purchase the China owned App. At first it seemed as if Microsoft was going to buy the app however that deal was rejected and now it looks like TikTok has found a home!
The company Oracle will be partnering with the app! The deal between TikTok and Oracle isn't exactly clear but it seems like this will be more of a partnership rather than TikTok just being sold off!

The Trump administration still has to agree that the new arrangement addresses his concerns about the handling of U.S. user data.
Tech analyst Daniel Ives is skeptical. In a Sunday night note, he wrote, "TikTok's days in the U.S. likely are numbered."
