Goats Gone Wild: Animal Ambushes Cop Car, Eats Sheriff's Paperwork

A Georgia Sheriff's deputy will actually be able to use the age old excuse that something ate her homework.

USA Today reports, the deputy was serving papers to a Douglas County resident last week.

She routinely leaves her squad car door open as she's had to retreat from "vicious dogs" in the past.

Instead, what she encountered this time was a curious and apparently hungry goat!

She returned to her cruiser to find the barnyard animal in her front seat. Unimpressed that its meal was interrupted, the goat also head-butted the deputy in her knees, knocking her down.

The incident was caught on her body cam.

She can be heard saying "I hope that goat don't get in my car." Followed by "Oh, s***, he eating the paper."
