An explosive device that was used at a gender-reveal party over the weekend caused fires and mass evacuations in San Bernardino.
According to reports, the fire destroyed over 7,000 acres, and over 3,000 residents were forced to evacuate their homes.
The people who were responsible for starting fires can be held financially and criminally responsible due to negligence or illegal activity.
