Protesters Take Down & Throw Statue Of Slave Trader Edward Colston

Video shows protestors in England taking down the statue of the 17th Century slave trader, Edward Colston. That statue had stood there since 1985.

Protestors in Bristol attached ropes to the statue and pulled it down as the crowd cheered them on.

That statue had been a very controversial topic in the city for a while now. Now we can say that debate is over!
