The other day Gavin Newsom gave a press conference and talked about live sports returning at the beginning of June!
Obviously fans will not be able to attend for awhile but at least we could see some live games! In order for this to happen we need to continue to see "[s]table hospitalizations of COVID individuals on a 7-day average of daily percent change of less than 5% OR no more than 20 COVID hospitalizations on any single day in the past 14 days,"
Considering how many sports teams California has, sports is a pretty big deal here and I'm sure a lot of people would love to see it come back, but hopefully the safe and right way!
