CALIFORNIA IS THE BEST PLACE TO RAISE YOUR KIDS AND START A FAMILY. But that's just my personal opinion.
I came across this article and it kinda bothered me but I wanted to share it with you and get your opinion.
According to The Child Opportunity index, Bakersfield and Fresno were ranked with the lowest scores in the metro area around the entire U.S. So Riverside came in 5th worst then Los Angeles and Orange County were the 16th worst!
HOW SWAY!?
One good thing about the report is that San Jose, which is also located in California, came in second best place to raise kids!
