The Miami promoter that claims DaBaby assaulted him for not paying him the money he was owed to host an event, is threatening to bring a lawsuit against the rapper if he doesn't settle soon.
Kenneth Carey says when met up with DaBaby on January 2nd with $20,000 he was met with blows to the face and was robbed because he thought he was owed $30,000.
Carey and his lawyers are giving DaBaby until next week to settle the case before a lawsuit will be filed.
DaBaby has taken to social media and asked that no one talks to him about the incident which resulted in jail time and“tried to interrupt his path to God-given success."
My personal opinion is leave DaBaby alone, all I want is good music and to see him in some movies.
The movies part is random but I feel like he'd be a great actor and i'd wanna see more of him!
