Is this the First picture of Colin Farrell as Penguin for Batman Reboot!?

How lucky is this dude in London who can go to work, look outside the window and see the new Batman Reboot movie being filmed. Did this person capture the first image of 'The Penguin'? Rumors are now true that Colin Farrell has been casted for the Batman reboot and will be playing Penguin. I few of these shots are not so clear but it can possibly be Colin in the white hair and trench coat. I'm still not sold on Robert Pattinson as Batman but anything is better than Ben Affleck. The Batman is scheduled to be release in 2021.
