So apparently these people causally walked into an ULTA and just started grabbing stuff and walking out! They took BAGS full of Kylie Cosmetics and acted like it wasn't a big deal! Sadly the workers couldn't do anything!
This just comes days after a similar group walking into a Nike store and stole thousands of dollars of merchandise.
