I seen this video on facebook and I'm not sure how legit it really is but it's so weird. This person caught what looks like a "Dobby" like thing walking out of their driveway. I could possible be a skinny person with sandals on and something on their head. The way it walks is also so weird and the movements is so non human like. We live in a world where you can't believe everything you see on the internet but why would someone make this up. Natalia thinks it could be a young skinny teenager with something on her head and just walking funny. Look how similar it looks like Dobby from Harry Potter.
