I spoke with XV on The Lunch Table back in December 2018 when he was in Los Angeles to perform old and new music. Naturally after a four year hiatus, I needed to ask him about new music and when to expect it. "Soon" he said, as if it wasn't the answer he would have given. But as a day one Squarian, it left me with this unsettling feeling in my stomach that needed to hear the new music.
Fast forward to June 2019, Vizzy drops an unexpected EP called Day Ones exclusively on Soundcloud. His Instagram caption states that he'll be waiting to put the 4-song project on all streaming platforms, allowing only people who follow Vizzy to listen to the music first. He's also mentioned that he'll be dropping a new album later this month.
