So Chlo Matthews met a guy at a bar and they seemed to hit it off. He bought her a drink and she gave him her number! Then the next day she hit him up! Pretty standard right?! The next part isn't. He sent her a message that had the bill for the drink in the message.
What was his reason?! Because she didn't sleep with him!
