Twitter CEO's Biggest Regret

You'd think Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey would be happy that his platform is so massively popular. But there is one thing Dorsey wishes he could get a 'do-over' on - making such a big deal out of your number of followers.

Speaking at a TED Talk in Vancouver, Dorsey said they decided at startup that the follower count would be "big and bold", but now he says that only made people obsess over it. He also laments adding the 'like' feature, saying he wouldn't include it at all today.

So what does Dorsey think is the most important thing for Twitter users? "Healthy contribution back to the network and conversation to the network". How regularly do you use Twitter? Do you think we'd be better off without it?
