A man ended a four-hour standoff with police after he was offered a slice of pizza. 33-year-old Evan McLemore was arrested Tuesday after barricading himself inside his home with a gun after allegedly threatening his family.
A SWAT team was brought in, and after four hours cops finally lured him out with pizza. In a Facebook post, the Pensacola Police Department said "Never underestimate the power of pizza with flavored crust."
They also said "We cannot comment on the rumors about pineapple being on said pizza - Operational Security and all that." McLemore is charged with aggravated stalking and resisting an officer.
