ABC News posted a video showing an officer kicking a boy to the ground at the Central Washington State Fair.
According to reports, police in Washington are investigating what happened in the video above. I just don't understand why the officer kicked the boy, he had his back turned!
The video was originally posted on Facebook by a bystander. It looks like about 15 people were involved in the fight and according to police four teens were arrested for this incident.
