Cosmetic plastic surgery is more common than ever before.
It used to just be for celebrities and the ultra rich, but now it seems like everyone has had something done.
And then there are people like James Holt, a Kylie Jenner super-fan, who has spent almost $50K on plastic surgery. Holt has put in so much lip filler that his lips have even popped and leaked before.
On top of the filler, he has also had 2 nose jobs, botox, and cryotherapy to make his butt bigger.
Although Kylie Jenner probably has a huge roll in the lip filler craze, she recently stopped getting the injections and has rocked a more natural look ever since giving birth.
