You're Probably Wrong About Your Pet's Age

When people ask how old your dog is, do you just multiple the number of years you've had old Rover and multiple by 7? 

Well you'd be wrong!!!!

 Turns out there's more factors at play in determining your pet's age than just comparing it to human years. Breed size is the biggest. 

For dogs, the first human year of growth is the speediest, aging the equivalent of 20 years in just 365 days. Then breed takes over as larger dogs age more rapidly. 

With cats it's a steadier climb, reaching maturity by its seventh year on Earth. 

Turns out your dog is of legal age a lot sooner!
