There is no doubt that Avocados are the best thing on this planet, YES we can eat it everyday - BUT not so fast! They do pack good fat but you can have too much of a good thing. 

Get this A cup of cubed avocado contains 240 calories which is 10-20% of the average person’s calorie intake, eating avocado on a daily basis could cause you to gain weight.

Which means you should NOT be eating it everyday...unless you're trying to gain weight! 

You also have to take into account what are you eating that Avocado with?! Is it tons of chips? Is it plain?
