Starbucks is joining those in the Anti-drinking Straw Movement! Yup Starbucks announced that come 202 they will no longer be offering STRAWS!!
So a couple years ago Starbucks tried out strawless lids - they sort of looked like sippy cups!! Well they were such a huge hit that now the lids will be offered all over the place.
The move will stave 1 billion straws per year which means, less waste! I will miss that iconic green straw though, but it's ok!
My only question is...what about if you get Whip Cream?! How does that work with the new lid?? Hmmmmm
