Kanye West Releases Highly Anticipated Album 'Ye': Stream It Now

Kanye West has finally unleashed his new music to the world. The rapper held an exclusive listening party in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on Thursday night where he gave journalists, tastemakers, music industry insiders and celebrities the first taste of his album, titled Ye

The listening session was held in the middle of a field, around a camp fire with many big names in attendance. Chris Rock, Nas, Pusha T, Jonah Hill, Lil Yachty, Scooter Braun, Kid Cudi, Desiigner are just some of those who were flown out to the event. Attendees were greeted with Wyoming-themed merch commemorating the listening party. The tees and hoodies are now available on Kanye's online shop and come with a digital download of his album.

The album itself includes seven songs with features from Kid Cudi, Ty Dolla $ign, Jeremih, Young Thug, 070 Shake, Charlie Wilson and even a voicemail from Nicki Minaj which reveals she wrote a few lines for the album. Here's the full track list:

1. I Thought About Killing You

2. Yikes

3. All Mine

4. Wouldn't Leave

5. No Mistakes

6. Ghost Town

7. Violent Crimes

Kanye's latest project has been highly-anticipated for many reasons. The rapper emerged from an 11-month Twitter hiatus earlier this month to reveal that he had been working on new music in for himself, Pusha T, Nas, Teyana Taylor and jointly with Kid Cudi. Then things seemed to unravel a bit as he expressed admiration for Donald Trump, took TMZ offices by storm on live TV and published a series of tweets that he classified as "free thought."

After creating a bit of a media frenzy, Kanye high-tailed it back to Wyoming to put the finishing touches on his album. It was announced a day before the album's release that he would be holding a listening party. Luckily for us, Yeezy streamed the entire event via the WAV app.

Fans who watched thought they would get the album in its entirety once the live stream ended. It didn't actually land on streaming services until well past midnight with his wife, Kim Kardashian, admitting on Twitter that "Kanye shot the album cover on his iPhone on the way to the album listening party."

The album cover is a photo of the snow-covered Wyoming mountains with the words "I hate being Bi-Polar its awesome" written on it. His mental health is just one of the many subjects Kanye addresses on Ye.
