Girls Make Beats: Helping a New Generation of DJs

GMB works with girls ages 8-17 and hosts educational seminars, summer camps, industry panels and networking events. GMB helps girls further their careers as music producers, DJs, and audio engineers by providing courses on industry leading hardware and software and by offering internships at recording studios as well as Pro Tools certifications. GMB also serves as an outlet for girls to unite and collaborate within the music industry.

About Our Founder
GMB was founded in December 2012 by Avid Certified engineer Tiffany Miranda. Tiffany Miranda started as a recording artist in the music industry appearing on shows like American Idol, X-Factor, and Showtime at the Apollo. She then helmed her skills to become one of the most sought after recording engineers and producers in Miami working with music industry heavy hitters Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Cool and Dre, Fat Joe, Zion y Lennox and much more. She was also a panelist at the 2015 Winter Music Conference. Her national studio network is world class, consisting of Studio Center Miami, Platinum Sound, Record Plant, Patchwerk Recording Studio, Chicago Recording company and more. Her passion now lies in helping girls to be in the forefront of music technology.
