The guidelines are supposed to be really helpful so if you can follow them, you should be good! A few of them include...
Not using your cellphone when the signal is weak.
Reducing the use of cellphones to stream audio or video, or to download or upload large files.
Keeping the phone away from the bed at night.
Removing headsets when not on a call.... or just use the speaker phone if you can (this was my personal guideline to you).
