Ever get so many irritating text messaged from a restaurant or a store that you just wanna throw your phone out the window?
One man got so annoyed with Papa Johns texting him pizza specials that he's taking the chain to court!
(via TMZ) - "Jonathan Anozie claims Papa John's started texting him in March offering pizza specials. Jonathan claims he got a text offering a deal for 2 large pizzas with up to 5 toppings for $9.99 each. Jonathan says he replied "STOP" to get them to cancel the automated texts, to no avail."
Anozie says he suffers from significant anxiety, frustration, and annoyance.
