Apple is shutting down iTunes, but what's the reason behind it?

Apple has confirmed that they're shutting down iTunes for three new apps!

So what's the three new apps? iTunes is to be replaced by Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, and Apple TV. I do have good news for Windows users, iTunes will remain unchanged on Windows platforms!

Are you worried about your iTunes not automatically popping up when you plug in your phone? Don't worry, because now it's going to be so much easier to sync your devices!
