A new bill that would keep airlines from forcibly removing passengers is working its way through Congress. The proposal comes after United Airlines faced a backlash for dragging a man off an overbooked flight earlier this year.
The bill would also privatize air-traffic control. The Transportation and Infrastructure Committee is set to vote on the bill today before passing it on to the full House and Senate.
