Travis Scott and his Cactus Jack Foundation is teaming up with Mayor Sylvester Turner to launch an emergency food program.
The program will help feed 50k Houston residents who have been hit by the storms happening in Texas.
Local agencies and restaurants are working with Travis' foundation to help with providing the hot meals to people still recovering from the winter storms and being without water or power.
