A recent study done by Comparisun states that Jeff Bezos may be the worlds first trillionaire. The study predicts that he can reach this milestone by 2026. Bezos is the founder and CEO of Amazon, an e-commerce company. With the COVID-19 pandemic, people have been spending much more time at home being quarantined. This situation really allowed Amazon to shine as people resorted to ordering online for a lot of their purchases.
This is one major reason that people are upset that Bezos may be the first trillionaire. With the pandemic, people all over have lost their jobs, while Bezos and Amazon have benefitted from this situation.
