An 18-year-old man tried pulling over a Dallas police officer driving an unmarked car and clearly he was arrested for it.
Alexis Estrada Lopez now facing one felony count of impersonating a public servant. His attorney didn't respond to a request for comment right away.
Around 11:30 p.m. this past Sunday, the Dallas officer was driving north when a car came up behind him and flipped on red and blue emergency strobe lights from inside the car, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
The officer pulled over to the right lane to give the car room to pass, but the car ended up pulling up behind him again. The officer started moving to the shoulder because he thought the other driver was trying to pull him over, the affidavit says.
