An internal document from the CDC says that the Delta Variant is as transmissible as chickenpox.
According to the Washington Post, the CDC document is a 25-page side presentation shows that the Delta variant is more transmissible than MERS & SARS, Ebola, the common cold, seasonal flu and 1918 flu, and smallpox. The CDC’s“next steps” are also outlined in the document , including acknowledging “the war has changed."
