East Los Angeles Family owned business, Tapatio .... which happens to be a household name in most latino homes ..... is celebrating 50 years with a new bottle design.
Tapatio is a family owned business that was founded by a husband and wife .... Luis Saavedra, vice president of Tapatio Foods & son says that his mom used to make the hot sauce for his dad. The sauce became a hit with his co-workers and when he lost his job he decided to start selling the now famous hot sauce.
