It happened last week in Covina, California ... A thief caught on surveillance camera adding a skimming device onto a credit card machine inside of a gas station.
The manager of the store was occupied helping out another customer when the skimming act occurred ... he later noticed that the credit card machine looked different and was able to take it off before any customers used the machine ....
This was a bonnie and clyde situation as the person distracting the store manager was the thiefs wife ....
