This one hurts ...
A man fatally shoots his ex girlfriend in front of her 3 year old daughter as she attempts to get away - it took place in Arleta, Ca on Wednesday.
In surveillance footage you can see Karen Ruiz, 35 run towards the front door of the baby sitters house .. the suspect Herbert Nixon Flores, 46 then unloads on Ruiz .... heartbreaking.
It's reported that Flores who is a active gang member & considered armed and dangerous is still on the run.
The FBI's fugitive task force is helping police search for Flores.
