Since the pandemic, many things have changed; starting Wednesday, we won't be able to dine out again, which we hope will slow the spread of the novelty virus.
Another market that's been hit hard with the pandemic is the housing market.
People are moving back in with their parents/grabbing a roommate, or moving out of L.A. because they no longer need to show up to work.
Whatever the case is, rent is dropping in L.A. because people are moving out. Vacancies are everywhere!
But according to reports, places in Riverside and San Bernardino counties are raising their prices because it's in high-demand now!
In Los Angeles, "Apartment List" reported apartment rental had declined 6% since March!
