Actress Lauren London was a guest at Jada Pinkett's Red Table Talk.
They discussed how gun violence affects women, especially Black women.
Jada asked Lauren what advice would she give someone who has lost a significant other to gun violence. Lauren said to connect with God.
Lauren admitted that has not always been easy for her and on days when she feels like she can not connect she allows herself to feel that too because she is human.
Jada asked her how does she talk to her two boys about staying safe.
Lauren said, what I instill in them is more about the police, how to handle yourself, protecting them being Black men in America.
