Never a dull moment in the Bay Area. Chaos erupted at the Bay Bridge Toll Plaza Sunday after a man stole a tow truck and parked it just beyond the toll plaza. When CHP arrived they instructed the driver to move. The driver then suddenly took off, driving in the wrong direction plowing straight into a California Highway Patrol vehicle. Video from the incident shows officers jumping out of the way as the tow truck plows into the CHP vehicle.
