Ingredients:
2 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
4 oz Ginger beer
1 Lime wedge
1 Pineapple ring, between ¼ and ½ inch thick
Cinnamon
Black pepper
Glass: Highball
Recipe:
Season the pineapple ring with cinnamon and black pepper. Grill for approximately 6-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
