'Cypress Hill' Will Make History With Hollywood Walk of Fame Honor

Congratulations are in order for Cypress Hill, who will be the first Latino Hip-Hop group to get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

B-Real, DJ Muggs, Sen Dog, and new drummer Eric Bobo will be cemented in history just a few miles from South Gate where the group originated almost 30 years ago.

The group will join Pitbull who got his star five years ago. According to the press release, George Lopez and Xzibit will speak a the unveiling event on April 18th.

The ceremony will take place at 11:30 am PST in front of Green Leaf Restaurant in Eastown. The group will perform later that night at Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood.
