Starting tonight, visitors who want to see the intricate and festive light displays in Rancho Cucamonga on Thoroughbred Street will only be able to do so from their cars from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The elaborate Christmas light displays has been an attraction for generations and drawing people from Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties.

With the growing popularity it prompted the city's drive through only ordinance. San Bernardino County sheriffs want to help prevent any tragedy that may occur.
