100,000 pounds of ground beef is being recalled after a sample tested positive for E. Coli.
The contaminated meat was found by USDA inspectors at Swift Beef Company in Utah. Several beef products are involved in the recall and were shipped to retail locations in California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.
The establishment number for the recalled items have “EST. 628” within the USDA mark of inspection.
