According to TMZ, the plea deal was just announced in court. Suge Night will get 28 years in prison. He plead no contest to voluntary manslaughter. He will also get credit for time served as he's been in jail awaiting trial for 3 1/2 years. He will then be on parole for 3 years after serving his sentence.
Due to Suge's prior felony conviction in 1997, He was also given an extra 5 years because the Carter killing was deemed as a "serious and violent" felony. While an additional year was for his truck being used as a deadly weapon.
