Documents have been released that claim Cardi is suffering from "unanticipated postpartum complications" after delivering her daughter, Kulture.
They were filed on the case against Kevin Brophy, who claims a photo of him was used on her mixtape cover without permission and is suing for $5 million.
Cardi’s legal team says that she’s unable to sit for a disposition or tour until further notice and hopes that Judge Cormac J. Carney will grant the extension until October.
