A cleaning crew at the LaGuardia Airport found a dead fetus in a toilet of an American Airlines plane that was in a hangar.
According to law enforcement, the plane is out of service while PAPD investigates.
The age of the fetus and the circumstances surrounding of how the baby ended up there are not yet known.
