Is Chocolate Milk Better Than Sports Drinks for Exercise Recovery?!

A new study suggested that chocolate mike boosts your exercise recovery better than sports drinks. 

This study found that chocolate milk helped people workout six minutes longer than a sports drink without getting tired. The researchers also said chocolate milk improved the heart rates of the people that worked out.
