Ms. Tina Knowles Lawson spoke with Maria Shriver about how she handled sibling rivalry between Beyonce and Solange.
Tina said that she felt like her mother loved her brother more so she was very sensitive to the feeling of being a sibling’s shadow.
She would even take off work to have “Solange Day” and put the girls in counseling early so that Beyonce could learn how to be sensitive to Solange’s feelings.
