A Manhattan Supreme Court Judge has ruled that a breakup letter from Tupac to Madonna can be auctioned off.
Madonna had sued her former friend, Darlene Lutz, last July to prevent her from profiting off her letters, cassette tapes and photos. Earlier today, Judge Gerald Lebovits ruled that an agreement between Lutz and Madonna caused the Material Girl to forfeit her right to claw back her private items.
