A woman has died after a Southwest Airlines jet from New York City heading to Dallas had to make an emergency landing at Philadelphia International Airport. Twelve others were assessed by medics and seven of those people were treated for minor injuries and didn't have to be taken to the hospital. The jet blew an engine at 30,000 feet in the air and got hit by shrapnel that smashed a window and had also damaged the fuselage.
