Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, best known as one of the 8 cast members of MTV's wildly popular reality series The Jersey Shore, is facing up to 15 years in prison on tax evasion charges.
His brother, Marc, is also caught up in the scandal.
When everything first came to light, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman told reporters, "According to the indictment, Michael and Marc Sorrentino filed false tax returns that incorrectly reported millions made from promotions and appearances" and that they "allegedly also claimed costly clothes and cars as business expenses and funneled company money into personal accounts."
Michael is expected to plead guilty to the charges.

While many of the cast members ended up having beef with Mike throughout the show's six season, he definitely added a lot of punch to the show.
