The city of Los Angeles just extended their DASH line to accomodate those who would like to take the bus to the iconic monument, as well as the Globe Theater.
(via LAMag) - "Hoping to lessen the amount of traffic, the Department of Transportation says visitors can take the DASH bus from the Red Line Vermont/Sunset Station to Griffith Park, the Griffith Observatory, and the Greek Theatre. It will run daily every 20 minutes from noon to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends. The cost is 50 cents per ride, and 25 cents per ride for seniors and disabled passengers."
Amazing.
This summer is about to be LIT... and way less hectic.
