Demi Lovato Reacts To Batman Losing Musician's Cutest Pet (VIDEO)

The competition during the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards was fierce ... especially in the fan-voted category of Cutest Musician's Pet. Ariana Grande's dog Toulouse ultimately won the category, beating out Bebe Rexha's puppy Bear Rexha, Taylor Swift's cat Olivia Benson, Miley Cyrus's pig Pig Pig, and Demi Lovato's puppy Batman.

Speaking of the latter, Demi is now sharing her feelings about the loss during a new interview with iHeartRadio's Angie Martinez. She told the radio host, "Oh my God, I was so pissed. I was so mad."

Demi added, "I lobbied for that vote harder than a Grammy, like... And, and to be honest, it meant a little bit more than a Grammy would."

And it's true! If you're a loyal Lovatic who has been following the singer on social media, Demi asked fans to keep voting for Batman to win during the voting period, as well as retweeting fans who were encouraging fellow Lovatics to vote for the adorable dark-haired pup.

Well, even though Batman might have lost Musician's Cutest Pet this year, the puppy is still getting a party -- hey, it's an accomplishment to be nominated amongst the growing world of adorable celebrity pets. And Demi said the party will include doggie treats, puppy pal party guests like Kehlani's dog Franklin (who Batman has spent time with on tour), and more. Demi explained:

"It hurt, but he's still going to get a party. We'll have dog treats. We'll have other dogs. Kehlani brought her dog Franklin on the road. So they've played together. And Ella, his sister, who was very sensitive during that time because she wasn't nominated. But we got through it as a family."

Not sure when this party is happening, but we would like an invite!
