Layne's Chicken Fingers is doing everything in their power to continue going.

In fact, the Texas fast food restaurant's owner Garrett Reed is looking to give out $50,000 salaries to younger workers who are willing to take on the challenge of management. It's being reported that the restaurant has been growing so it's looking for teen workers into managerial positions due to a staff shortage.

The CEO of Layne’s Chicken Fingers, Garrett Reed told the Wall Street Journal that he’s had to train workers in their late teens and early 20s to run his new stores because he can’t find many with the experience.

“We’re so thin at leadership that we can’t stretch anymore to open more locations,” he told Wall Street Journal. “I’ve got a good crop of 16- and 17-year-olds, but I need another year or two to get them seasoned to run stores.”

Layne's Chicken Fingers has a total of six locations across Texas and if you're up for the challenge, you can apply here.

Good luck!
